So that all the steam and dust produced during the process of quicklime hydration could be balanced disposed and filtered by the high pressure spray and water in tank. And all the filtered water and dust flow back to hydrating cabin. it will achieve the aim of water recycle and environment protection.

This device is upgraded product which developed on the base of our original dust removal device. No matter add water or not, it is able to run. So the range of application is wider. The dust extraction ratio can reach 99%.
